High-Rigidity Structure for Stable and Efficient Machining
This machine features a fixed column structure with a cross-slide table. Its extra-large, stable base and high-rigidity, large-span A-frame column design ensure minimal deformation during high-speed cutting, delivering exceptional machining accuracy and stability.
The spindle utilizes a high-speed, high-precision unit with a labyrinth seal at the front and an air curtain protection function. Equipped with a circulating cooling system, it effectively reduces spindle temperature rise and thermal deformation, ensuring long-term precision and reliability.
All three axes are guided by high-rigidity linear guideways, offering low friction and low noise for smoother and more responsive operation. The machine comes standard with a rear-mounted coolant and chip removal system, along with a rear-positioned coolant tank for improved automation and user convenience. The labyrinth-type coolant filtration system ensures clean coolant flow, enhancing workpiece surface quality and extending coolant life.
Powered by a high-performance CNC system, the machine ensures stable control and supports a wide range of CNC machining and auxiliary functions, meeting the dual demands of high precision and high efficiency in modern manufacturing.
