    Product Description

    This CNC machining center adopts a fixed column structure with a cross slide table, supported by an extra-large stable base and high-rigidity, large-span A-frame columns. The robust design minimizes deformation during high-speed and heavy-duty cutting, ensuring long-term stability and machining precision.

    The high-speed, high-precision spindle unit is designed with a labyrinth front-end structure and an air curtain protection system, effectively preventing contamination. A circulating cooling device controls spindle temperature rise, reducing thermal deformation and ensuring consistent machining accuracy.

    All three axes utilize high-rigidity linear guideways, offering low friction, low noise, and smooth motion performance. Standard configurations include rear water cooling and chip removal, a rear-mounted water tank, and a labyrinth-type filtration system, ensuring clean cutting fluid supply and efficient chip management for optimized machining conditions.

    Powered by a high-performance CNC system, the machine provides stable control, rich CNC machining functions, and intelligent auxiliary operations, making it both efficient and user-friendly.
