This design enhances the service life of the machine in terms of rigidity and stability. Equipped with a high-speed spindle, it can easily meet the high-rigidity machining requirements for hardened alloy steel.

● Equipped with Swiss or Taiwanese imported high-precision linear guides and roller screws, ensuring the geometric accuracy, positioning accuracy, stability, and service life of the overall structure. The servo drive system utilizes top-tier imported brands, offering superior torque output and positioning accuracy compared to competitors in the same class. The high-speed direct-drive spindle, with its rational structural design, ensures stable operation during high-speed continuous operation. During machining, it achieves high precision and high surface finish.

● The maximum operating speed of the machine tool's three axes can reach 12 m/min, with a cutting speed ranging from 0 to 10 m/min, thereby reducing processing time and improving work efficiency. During adjustment and operation of the spindle, it ensures high torque output and excellent precision reliability. Under high-speed cutting conditions, it completes processing tasks with greater efficiency.
