    This CNC machining center adopts a fixed column structure with a cross slide table, supported by an extra-large stable base and high-rigidity, large-span A-frame columns.     The high-speed, high-precision spindle unit is designed with a labyrinth front-end structure and an air curtain protection system, effectively preventing contamination. A circulating cooling device controls spindle temperature rise, reducing thermal deformation and ensuring consistent machining accuracy.

    All three axes utilize high-rigidity linear guideways, offering low friction, low noise, and smooth motion performance.
